1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing smartvideodoorbell.uk or booking our installation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
smartvideodoorbell.uk supplies and installs smart video doorbells and related accessories across Greater London. Installation is carried out by certified, insured engineers. Service availability and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is processed securely via Base44 Payments at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices are in GBP and include applicable VAT where required.
4. Installation Appointments
Booking an installation is a request, not a confirmed appointment, until we confirm it with you. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments missed without notice may incur a call-out fee.
5. Warranties & Guarantees
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Our installation workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the installation date. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or third-party modifications.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel an order before dispatch for a full refund. Installed products may be returned within 14 days in line with UK consumer law, provided they are in resalable condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any single claim is limited to the value of the products or services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of smartvideodoorbell.uk and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
